Shipping

We ship all our products using USPS. There is a flat rate shipping charge added to all orders regardless of size. That amount is $5.50. All orders will be shipped with delivery conformation. You will receive this tracking number via email. Once received, you may track your shipment via the USPS website at www.usps.com and click on Track and Confirm. Please allow up to 7 days for your items to ship, you should receive your order within 10-14 days of ordering.

Refund Policy

We will be happy to exchange a defective/damaged item with 10 days of purchase. You must contact customer service within 72 hours of shipment to ensure a full refund/exchange. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Shipping is non refundable.

Out of Stock Items

If any item is out of stock at the time of order, you will be contacted via email or phone to see if you would like to exchange that item for another or be refunded the amount of item.
